There will be a Food and Nutrition Clinic at Vanguard in Fremont on Tuesday, April 9 from 6-8 p.m. If you are taking a food and nutrition project or are interested in learning more about it, we encourage you to attend. There will be many stations that will discuss how to plan and write a menu, how to prep for meals, proper place settings, and much more.
