  2. Miscellaneous Project Judging

    Miscellaneous project judging will be held at the Seneca County Fairgrounds on Wednesday, July 13th, Saturday, July 16th and Saturday, July 23rd (for gardening projects only). Please see the letters below to register for specific times, see what day your project will be judged, and other additional important information regarding judging. Registration for specific times for judging must be made by Sunday, July 10th. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to call us at 419-447-9722. Good luck to all exhibitors!!

  5. Cloverbud Camp

    The 2022 Cloverbud Camp will be held on Tuesday, June 28th at Meadowbrook Park in Bascom from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Cloverbud Camp is for any Seneca County 4-H Cloverbud that is 5 years old and has completed Kindergarten through second grade. Get ready to Color Clash!! Please see registration and additional information below. Registrations, fees and all forms are due to the Extension office by Friday, June 17th.

  7. Master Gardner Scholarship

    Are you a high school senior and planning to attend college to pursue a degree in plant science (agronomy, botany, horticulture, forestry, or landscaping)?  The Seneca County Master Gardener program is offering a $500 scholarship to recent high school graduated or college applicants who currently live in Seneca County and a graduate of a Seneca County High School.  Mohawk High School graduates who reside in Seneca County will also be considered for the scholarship.

    Ohio 4-H Week is March 6-12. We want to hear how you are celebrating and promoting Seneca County 4-H! Please send your photos to or the week of March 6-12 and we will post them to our Ohio State- Seneca County 4-H Program Facebook page. The photo with the most likes on Monday, March 14 by 4:00 p.m. wins a sweet treat for their entire club sponsored by the Seneca County 4-H Advisory Council. Let's spread the good word about 4-H in our communities, schools, and businesses! 

  10. We're Hiring!! 4-H Summer Program Assistant

    Apply today to be a part of the OSU Extension, Seneca County team! We are hiring a 2022 4-H Summer Program Assistant to start in May and be with us through August. The applicant must have completed one year of college, but are not currently enrolled in 4-H. Applicants must not be a current Seneca County 4-H Volunteer. Applicants must apply by March 7.
